You can feel real Japan by this program, surrounded by rural scenery and beautiful mountains of Japan. And you will have a good friendship with host family.

Flow of the program

Day 1
●There will be held a short ceremony for meeting between you and host family at each area.
↓
●Optional program, farmer’s living or agricultural job experience a few hours.
↓
●Prepare dinner with host family. You will set up “Futon” on “tatami room” by yourself.　(～22:00)

Day 2
●Get up in the morning. Have a breakfast. (～8:30)
↓
●Farewell ceremony. (～9:00)

Information of the program

●Implementation period
All days of a year except for the middle of August and year-end and New Year holidays. It may be difficult to make a reservation from April to middle of June.

●Program time
Two days and one night.

●Object person
Group (more than ten persons): Over ten years old group with certain responsibility leader.
Personal (more than three persons): Adult, or minor with a protector.

●Place of the program
Iida city or towns and villages, around of Iida city.

Way of application and payment, Correspondence of the day

1．Preclearance matters

Please agree with next preclearance matters.

●You will stay in Japanese house which is parted in bran, and respect host family’s life style, and bring some personal belongings (night wear, towel, daily items and so on). You can see these condition in this web site “farmers homestay”.
●Most of farmers can speak Japanese only, but try to have communication by a little English words and body language (gesture).
●We deal with many customers from April to middle of June. It may not make reservation on these days.
●Farmers homestay in south Shinsyu is supported by inhabitants of rural Japan. They have to take priority over their agricultural job and their family living. So we can’t make arrangement especially in the middle of August and the end of year and the beginning of year.

2．Respond possibility of reservation

We check farmers homestay host family’s circumstances and our schedule. If it will not be able to make reservation, we will suggest alternative schedule.

3. To the day

●If there are information about allergy and other attention things, tell us in advance.
●On the day, please come to our office first. Then take a taxi to go to the place to meet your host family. It will be charged from \3000 to \8000 approximately. As we have to avoid traffic accident, we are sorry not to take you by our car. But we will go to the place to help that you meet host family first.
●When you are in trouble or injured or hurt, we deal with any time, even in midnight or early morning.

Program fee, Way of payment, Cancellation

●Program fee of farmers homestay from 16:30 to 8:30 is \13200 for one person. It is included preparing materials of dinner and breakfast.
●Optional program, on the day afternoon, farmer’s living or agricultural job experience fee is \3300 .
●When number of persons is less than 3, additional fee is necessary by person’s number. It is \6000 per 1 person and \4000 per 2 persons.
